CFFM’s vision and mission are realised through its foundational principles of The 5 Cares:
We train the children here to believe in themselves, encouraging them to take care of their well-being and to recognise that they are not without value. We want them to understand that there is hope for a brighter future, regardless of their challenging backgrounds.
Children are to be nurtured in the art of looking out for one another, and within our home, we cultivate a culture of caring for others through their daily routines, programmes, and activities. This approach aims to equip them with the skills and mindset needed to become individuals who can contribute positively to the community.
Equipping them with the ability to care for themselves and others not only empowers them but also positions them to become exemplary influencers, leaders, and ambassadors of positive change in their own communities, society and beyond.
CFFM is 15-acre large, and here, children undergo comprehensive training in environmental stewardship, focusing on a sustainable family farm rooted in organic farming practices, as well as participating in recycling and waste management programmes.
By instilling the above four pillars of CARE, we pave the way for our children to become effective leaders. In doing so, we not only secure a brighter future for the children of CFFM, but also positively influence the people in their vicinity and the environment they call home.
These principles shape every aspect of CFFM’s operations, starting with self-care as the foundation for achieving a brighter future. CFFM’s existence and its commitment to children stem entirely from these values, ensuring holistic development and empowerment.
